Intuitive Assessments
IMS trainers have been assisting companies and organizations in identifying and reaching their greatest potential via creative trainings, facilitations, and planning seminars for over two decades. IMS listens attentively to clients as they talk through staff and organizational goals, the result being a training/facilitation designed to support successful outcomes.
People Perspectives
It is clearly known that a high percentage of concerns around business management and success have to do with human perceptions and interactions. Having mediated business, mortgage, family, governmental, and organizational conflicts since our inception in the mid 1980’s means our trainers/facilitators are particularly skilled in identifying and helping people see new ways to get the best results.
Training Style
Involvement! The IMS approach is Facilitative, which is defined as an influence strategy using questioning, listening, and observation to assist others in becoming more aware of their perspectives and the perspectives of others. This opens up opportunities for identifying what everyone really wants and needs. Participants have the opportunity to work together, demonstrate their abilities, and practice new skills acquired during the training.
Training Topics
As mentioned, we individualize each training to the needs identified during the assessment. Here are a few of the topics we have addressed in these trainings: Analyzing the Conflict & Framing the Issues; Preventing Harassment; 10 Steps to Supervising Success; What Is Everyone Thinking? Creating a Positive Work Environment; Changing Your Lens, Creating a More Productive Workplace; Mediation Skills for Managers; Dealing with Difficult Behaviors
