Iowa Mediation Service (IMS) was founded in 1985 as a non-profit organization dedicated to solutions for farmers, families, organizations, and any group or individuals who find themselves in need of a conflict management expert. IMS is ready to offer services all across Iowa with offices located in West Des Moines and Mason City. At the heart of IMS lays the vision of empowering people.
